Off-road sports are absolutely competitive. You need special vehicles that can handle the rough desert sand. The challenge for the Ford SVT (Special Vehicles Team) was to build a truck that is designed to handle the roughest terrain but at the same time ride comfortably on the road. All in all, the Raptor is a really "cool" truck.
